We reserve the rights to refuse or cancel an order if we believe there has been an error including pricing errors, stock availability issues, suspected fraud or misuse of a promotion.

Pricing

Orders

This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel orders where necessary.

Shipping
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, public holidays or launch periods.

Flowstate is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, but we will assist where possible.

Returns
Returns and exchanges are handled in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes must be used at the time of checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

Promotions may be changed, extended or ended at our discretion.

All content on this website, including logos, images, product names, text, designs and branding belong to Flowstate The Label or is used with permission.
