Shipping Policy

Flowstate currently ships Australia-wide.

All orders are packed with care and sent from Victoria, Australia.

Dispatch Timeframes
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.

During launch periods, restocks, promotions or high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is included on all Australian orders. 
Express shipping is available as a $10 upgrade at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been collected by the carrier.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, public holidays, carrier delays and peak periods.

Flowstate is not responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, however if you are concerned about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address contact us as soon as possible at info@flowstatethelabel.com.au. If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will do our best to update it.

Flowstate is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
