We want you to love your Flowstate pieces.

If something is not quite right, please read our returns policy below and contact us as info@flowstatethelabel.com.au

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind refunds within 7 days of your order being delivered, provided the item is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unmarked
- Free from perfume, fake tan, makeup, deodorant marks and pet hair
- In its original condition with tags attached 
- Returned in its original packaging where possible

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer. 

Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us at info@flowstatethelabel.com.au

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund once your return has been received and approved.

Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Flowstate is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Each order is carefully checked before it is sent, but if you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and fault, if applicable

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, incorrect or not as described, we will work with you to provide a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned for change of mind, wrong size or preference.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item in faulty, not as described or does not meet consumer guarantees.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email info@flowstatethelabel.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as we need to approve your return and provide the correct return details.
