When is Flowstate launching?
Our first collection is launching soon. 

Join the waitlist to receive early access, launch updates and first access to limited pieces before they are available to the public.

Where is Flowstate based?
Flowstate is based in Victoria, Australia.

What sizes do you stock?
Our current size range is AU 6-16.

As Flowstate grows, we hope to extend our size range and continue improving fit across future collections.

How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our size guide on each product page.

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a closer fit.

You can also contact us for sizing help before placing your order.

Will you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces may be restocked, but many Flowstate drops are produced in limited quantities. 

If something you love sells out, we recommend joining the waitlist or signing up for restock notifications where available. 

Do you offer returns?
Yes, we accept returns on eligible full-priced items that meet our return conditions.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available where stock allows.

If your preferred size is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund once your return is received and approved.

How long will my order take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@flowstatethelabel.com.au

We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been packed or dispatched, but we will always do our best to help.

How do I care for my Flowstate pieces?
We recommend washing your pieces with care to help maintain their shape, colour and feel.
